EASY RETURNS
Just bring your receipt within 30 days, no questions asked
Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand. if you're not thrilled with your purchase, you've got 30 days to return your purchased sunglasses to Sunglass Hut for either a full refund or an exchange.
Your purchased sunglasses must be returned in 'as new' (undamaged) condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase (with "Proof of Purchase", we mean a receipt, invoice showing the purchase price), to a Sunglass Hut retail store within the country of purchase 30 days from the date of purchase. We will provide an exchange for new sunglasses that you select (up to the amount of the original purchase price paid) or a full refund of the original purchase price paid.
Our change of mind promise does not apply if you have broken or damaged the sunglasses in any way. It cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
OOPS COVERAGE
50% off a new pair if you damage your shades within 1 year
Occasionally sunglasses break. It is sad, but true. So if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of date of purchase, our Sunglass Hut replacement discount promise will apply.
The replacement discount is 50% of the retail price paid at time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses . Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with Proof of Purchase to any Sunglass Hut retail store in the country of purchase within 12 months from the date of purchase.
The replacement discount cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion, or for the purchase of sale items.
ASSURED QUALITY
Trade in pairs that don't meet the highest standards for up to two years
If your sunglasses are defective within 24 months of purchase, just bring them back to a Sunglass Hut store along with proof of purchase (ie: your receipt), and we'll replace them .
Unfortunately, we don't offer spare parts or repair services. If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Except where your sunglasses are defective, you will be responsible for any expenses in returning them to us and collecting them. We will be responsible for any other expenses.
Additional terms applying to our Perfect Pair Promise
Our Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise applies only to purchases of sunglass products by consumers. It does not apply to commercial purchasers or resellers of sunglass products. Our Perfect Pair Promise does not apply to sunglasses sold as "imperfect" or "as-is merchandise". All claims are subject to the returned sunglass product being genuine and unaltered.
It does not apply in the case of lost or stolen sunglasses or where Proof of Purchase is not provided. All claims must be made within the stipulated timeframe from the date of purchase.
To make a claim the consumer must return the sunglass product to any Sunglass Hut retail store in the country where the product has been purchased.
The consumer is responsible for paying its own costs associated with making the claim.
Any refunds will be provided with the same method of the payment . The refund amount will be the amount of the original retail price paid by the consumer as evidenced in the provided Proof of Purchase document.
The consumer agrees to transfer ownership of the returned sunglass product to the Sunglass Hut retail store. The returned sunglass product will not be given back to the consumer.
The Sunglass Hut retail store will assess the sunglasses to determine whether the claim falls within the terms of the Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise. The Sunglass Hut retail store's decision is final. You may also have a right to make a claim under the manufacturer's own warranty for the sunglasses. You should check the manufacturer's warranty for any right of return and conditions for return. The Sunglass Hut retail store will in any case offer assistance for 24 months from the date of purchase, despite any shorter term of the manufacturer's warranty. The Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit the terms of any manufacturer warranty. Sunglass Hut reserves the right in its discretion to cancel or modify the terms of the Perfect Pair Promise at any time.
Application of consumer laws
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by the Sunglass Hut -Perfect Pair Promise are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. The Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit any rights or remedies of the consumer conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. For example, you may have additional rights of return where the sunglasses have a manufacturing defect. [market specific consumer law statements may need to be included here]

Sunglass Hut may ask the consumer to provide limited personal information to handle the claim process. Sunglass Hut respects consumer's right to privacy of its personal information. To that end Sunglass Hut has policies and procedures in place to ensure that personal information no matter how or where it is obtained is handled sensitively, securely and in accordance with the Law.
